Our Hartford-based team processes orders with expedition efficiency:

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes full tracking and signature confirmation

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your location.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet these expedition-ready conditions:

  • In original, unworn condition (with all tags attached)
  • Packaged in original containers (including protective shoe bags for footwear)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gloves
  • Hats & Caps
  • Customized or altered items (all modifications are final sale)

Exceptions are made for faulty items – contact us immediately if you receive defective merchandise.

  • International return address (non-US customers)
  • Return authorization number

Packaging Tip: Use original packaging when possible. Footwear must include protective shoe bags.

Step 3: Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7 business days (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Processed immediately with shipping notification

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We cover standard shipping costs for exchanges.

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Use trackable couriers (DHL/FedEx recommended)
  • Mark customs forms as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid duties

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives with manufacturing defects (rare as flaws in our premium fabrics):
